·         Led and supervised as a Senior IT Specialist, a team consisting of five employees responsible for network availability and operability on Camp Delaram II Helmand Province, Afghanistan as well as providing higher level support to subordinate units in remote locations. My team was responsible for maintaining and monitoring Cisco networking devices, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory as well as providing user support to ensure maximum efficiency of the network during combat operations. Completed over 400 service requests weekly and maintained and tracked computer systems assets totaling over ten million dollars’ worth of equipment.
